Assign the aisles
Open a count on the hub, split the floor into zones, and send each zone to a phone. Nobody has to be told twice where to start.

Walk and scan
Each phone shows only its own zone. Bays lock as they are opened, so two people cannot count the same shelf — and if the Wi-Fi drops, the phones relay for one another and keep going.

Review, then push
Variances come back sorted by the money at stake. Recount what looks wrong, accept the rest, and write it to Odoo or Shopify in a single pass.

Count together
Assign aisles to phones. The map on the hub fills in as the team walks, and afterwards you can see who counted what and what they corrected.

Any phone's camera is the scanner. Location locks stop two people counting the same bay, and if the Wi-Fi drops the phones relay for each other.

It's a file on your machine
Everything SoftBo knows is a SQLite file on the hub. Back it up the way you back up anything. Nobody at SoftBo can read it, lose it, or hold it.
One sign-in to activate. Then it works offline for a month at a time.
Sign in once, inside the app. Your licence arrives and is stored on your machine. The app checks back about once a month — and if it can't, nothing changes. The network delivers the entitlement; it never grants it.
